I Remember Prague
I
hum
to
myself
the songs
of
youth
laughing
warmed
by memories
that once were.
The days were
spent
gazing at the glow of city
subtle as a pastel impression
recalling
dreams conceived in innocence
reliving past love affairs of wonder.
A few moments
here and there
break the melancholic
sequence of sunrise, sunset.
