Spunday

candy flippin'

into the night, so late

that sweet abyss

heavy rockin'

back and forth

  dizzy

nervous breaths

buried

nauseous

taking it all in

everything is so beautiful

trapped in a whirlish dirge of energy

body jerks

 as teeth chatter

resonating deep into my core

now, about noon

still clutching for dear life

biting into cheek

and eyes that give in, wide shut

to an overwhelming of the senses
